(a) any present or future applicable code of practice, adjudication, decision, guideline, direction or rule of the Committee of Advertising Practice, Broadcast Committee of Advertising Practice, Advertising Standards Authority and/or the Advertising Standards Authority (Broadcast) including any applicable modifications, extension or replacement thereof in force from time to time and “ Advertiser” means the advertiser listed on the applicable IO, whose products, services, and/or brand are being advertised in the Ad(s) referred to in the relevant IO. “ Ad” means Branded Content, Sponsored Content, Buyer Ads and ANL Ads.
